Room Rate: $179.00/night, plus applicable taxes.

Cut-Off Date: October 4, 2019

A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking a hotel reservation. Cancellations must be done five (5) days prior to attendee’s arrival date to receive the one-night deposit refund.

The room rate is offered three days pre- and post-conference dates, based on room type availability.

Please note: Hotel room reservations are the sole responsibility of the individual. The APA is not responsible for any issues related to reservations that the individual makes directly with the hotel. This includes final payments or adjustments.
