Event Details
Contacting child support agencies and sharing personally identifiable information (PII) can be challenging. That challenge has been accepted! The federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) is enhancing its Child Support Portal to facilitate secure message and document exchange between employers and child support agencies. This will reduce the need to set up secure email accounts with child support agencies and streamline the communication process. Currently, employers use the portal to report lump sums and terminations, update information about their organization and, when applicable, manage multistate employer registration. Coming this fall, employers will be able to communicate with child support agencies on the portal using the new Communication Center application which will speed up payroll processing and simplify secure information exchange.
In this webinar you will learn:
- About the enhancements planned for OCSE's Child Support Portal
- What you need to do to register for the new Communication Center
- How to send secure messages and exchange documents with child support agencies
- Which communication types apply to your area of responsibility
